I am starting 17 day diet... again, lol. I joined the weight loss challenge at my gym to motivate me to lose this weight and I am going with what I know. After an amazing breakfast buffet with bottomless mimosas I weighed in at 141.6, 3+ lbs more than my initial weigh in at X-train. If that's not motivation to eat right, I don't know what is. Day 1 actually wasn't very hard. I followed the eating plan to the t minus some peppermints late. 1 day down, 16 to go.
Workout:
- TRX Strength- felt strong, ripped through chest flys with 20 lb kettlebells, went up to 25, 45 for closed grip, -194 cals
Diet:
- +819 plus peppermints, seaweed (low but not on purpose; I was never hungry!)
